Over-the-Phone Interpretation Services
Over-the-phone interpretation is now available for non-English speakers who call the Benefit Office.
TruHearing
The Plan’s hearing aid benefit is now administered by TruHearing, Inc. This means that when you utilize TruHearing’s hearing network providers, your benefits will include the following at no out-of-pocket cost to you:
- One (1) hearing aid per ear every thirty-six (36) months
- Initial earmolds when the selected hearing aid style requires earmolds
- An annual comprehensive hearing exam
- One-year post-purchase TruHearing Provider visits for hearing aid fitting, education, and adjustments
- Eighty (80) batteries per non-rechargeable hearing aid
- 3-year repair warranty
