With an extensive network of providers, hospitals, and specialists across the country, Anthem ensures that our participants have access to top-tier healthcare services wherever they are.
Medical
The Plan’s Medicare Advantage Plan for Medicare eligible retirees and Medicare eligible dependents is provided by United Healthcare (UHC) and administered by RetireeFirst. For a summary of benefits provided by UHC, please review the UHC Medicare Advantage Plan information packet.

Delta Dental partners with FMCP to provide high-quality and cost-effective dental benefits. Their extensive nationwide network of dental providers ensures participants can easily access preventive and corrective dental care.
Vision
Vision care is an essential part of your overall health, and VSP Vision Care provides FMCP participants with access to a vast network of optometrists and eye care specialists. FMCP’s partnership with VSP ensures participants receive vision care, including annual eye exams and competitive rates for frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
Identity Protection
Identity theft can be a significant concern, and LifeLock helps protect FMCP participants from the financial fallout and stress of having their identity stolen. Through our partnership, participants receive proactive monitoring and alerts, helping them safeguard their personal information and maintain peace of mind.
Virtual Healthcare
LiveHealth Online uses two-way video to connect you with board-certified physicians that can help diagnose minor illnesses or injuries. Physicians, using LiveHealth Online, can answer your questions, assess your condition, and even provide certain prescriptions if needed.
Fertility and Family Planning
As a provider of fertility and family planning services, Progyny partners with FMCP to support participants on their journey to parenthood. Progyny offers a comprehensive suite of fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and egg freezing, with a focus on patient-centered care. Virtual Physical Therapy
Our participants have access to innovative, virtual physical therapy programs through Sword Health, a leading physical therapy and rehabilitation provider. Their tech-driven approach allows participants to receive personalized care plans to optimally support their recovery.
Virtual Behavioral Health
Mental health is a critical component of overall well-being, and Talkspace provides FMCP participants with online therapy and counseling services. Our partnership with Talkspace allows participants to access licensed therapists from the comfort of their homes, offering flexible scheduling and a confidential, supportive environment for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and more.
Virtual Healthcare
Teladoc’s virtual services include general medicine (24/7 care for non-emergency conditions), blood sugar management, expert medical opinions, and dermatology specialists. Teladoc also includes a Diabetes Management Program for members living with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes.
Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
Managing healthcare expenses is made easier with Wex Benefits. The FMCP’s HRA can be used to reimburse participants for qualified medical expenses not otherwise covered by their healthcare plan.
